Hi Jack, made Tom Kah soup for dinner last night (yummY, YUMMY,Yummy), used some of the very same items in your little photo. Your tumeric reminded me of me being funny and not being able to work out the galangel from the tumeric at the fruit&veg shop - they look a lot alike when stripped back to their roots. Luckily had the lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves growing in my garden. Hope you are travelling well. XR
