What a great year for my pomegranates! The tree was laden with the beautiful red fruit, making it look like a decorated Christmas tree. I particularly like the surface texture and colouration and find it difficult to cut the fruit to eat it. Even inside, it's a beautiful delicious surprise every time I open one.
When I checked an old post 2 years ago, I was surprised to see just how much more beautiful they were this year.
